They offered the best price and despite reading poor reviews I sent them my phone. A weeks later they emailed to say that they'd offer me 30% less as it had a dent (it doesn't) and so I asked them to return it. 10 days later and it still hasn't arrived. Suspect their plan is to offer most and then reduce the price when they have it confident that many will just accept it for an easy life. No answer on their phone. Avoid.

What can i say about this company, It has been 3 weeks since they acknowledged the receipt of the device. Sent numerous emails finally it went from processing to testing to awaiting payment that was about a week and a half ago. It's getting to a point where i will be forced to take legal action against sellanyfone if i don't receive my money soon. This company does nothing but false advertisement, no communication, companies like this should be closed and the owners not be allowed to operate any other business. Ref 366039

*AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS* if I could give zero stars I would, but that’s not an option. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I sent my phone to them mid September 2020 and had been quoted the price 430. I waited and waited for them to contact me, and after a fortnight I’d not heard anything. I logged into the website, and the price had dropped to 170. This obviously upset me, but I also thought it could have been a mistake. I sent them a message via the function on the website (it states they’ll reply within 24 hours, which is false). After 3 days, I sent them an email. Still no reply. I decided to ring them. I rang several times a day for about 3 weeks and nobody answered the phone. I sent another email, and got a reply, claiming my phone was faulty. It wasn’t and I knew it wasn’t. I tried to call them and the phones were going to out of office even though it said they were open on the website. I tried again the following day and finally managed to speak to someone called Ash. I queried the lowered cost and he told me my phone was damaged, there were lines going through the screen. I told him that I sent it off in perfect condition, and I also made it quite clear I was unhappy that they’d not been in touch with me. He claimed they had sent an email but I’d checked my email and junk mailbox previously and they hadn’t. He told me he’d check the phone again and call me back the same day. He never did. I sent email after email, tried calling, left messages on the answerphone etc and no response. I sent an email on 11th December 2020 outlining how unhappy I was with their customer service etc and still heard nothing back. I received a parcel on 15th December through my letterbox, it was my phone. They never responded to my email with an apology or an explanation or anything. 3 months they were in possession of my property.

I sent my phone to them on Saturday 31st Ocotober, they recieved my item on Wednesday 4th November. It took till monday 9th November to actually email me and say they had recieved my phone. I understand with recent covid lockdown it is difficult for buisnesses to operate but their communication is poor. I have sent several emails, I have phoned them which they dont answer, used their website contact form and Facebook and yet still had only 1 reply since they've had my phone a week. They have deleted all comments off their Facebook. And I'm still waiting for payment with no updates apart from they've received my phone. All I want is an update and payment for the phone I sent them. I truly wish I had read the reviews before I sent them my phone. This has now put me and my partner with our 2 daughters and unborn child in financial difficulties and we've actually had to go to a food bank in order to feed the family. They should change their \Same day payment \ advertisement on their website because it's false advertising for a start which trading standards and the financial Ombudsman should be made aware of.
